Our Three Priorities
Providing Support
At the Manna House, we want everyone who walks through our doors to leave feeling seen and supported. We know that we can’t solve every issue, but by growing our services and collaborating with other agencies and charities, we aim to centralise resources and provide a safe, welcoming environment where anyone can find the help they need.
Fostering Community
At the Manna House, we don’t want anyone to feel like they have to go it alone. We are a community of care, run by volunteers dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others. Our various community groups create connections with others facing similar challenges and provide friends for the journey ahead.
Restoring Hope
At the Manna House, we want to help people feel better about tomorrow. Many who come to us feel overwhelmed and struggle to see the light at the end of the tunnel. We provide a listening ear, a helping hand, and a shoulder to lean on, assisting them in reaching a brighter tomorrow.
Our Motivation
The Manna House is a Christian charity motivated to share the love of Christ through practical support for our local community. All of our community projects are free and available to anyone who needs them, whether that’s food through our food bank, a drink at our community café, a warm and welcoming space in our community groups, or more comprehensive support through our financial inclusion service.
